Mentoring can be intimidating and feel like a long-term commitment, but it is very different: all our mentees at BLIX can easily connect with any of our advisors and have two, five, or just one advisory session with them, all for free and whenever it suits both parties. In this panel, advisors and mentees share their experience with Mentorship at BLIX. We focused on the importance and impact of mentoring in career success and personal growth.
