I am a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging advocate who is passionate about education, culture and systems change, tech and entrepreneurship.

As a seasoned brand marketing and change communications strategist in tech, I have contributed to the development of the business for different sizes of tech companies in the SaaS industry by accelerating awareness and demand for the EMEA region.

With a background in international business and marketing, I have led MarCom strategies and integrated programs to increase employee engagement and connect companies more meaningfully to their customers.

Currently, as the Principal Consultant, Global CLOUD Employer Branding, Culture and Engagement at Ingram Micro Cloud, I am responsible for driving initiatives to build the organization into a more diverse workplace with inclusive culture

On the side, I advise purpose-led startups and entrepreneurs I believe in with a special focus on emerging leaders and social impact initiatives.

Committed to promoting diversity & inclusion and female leadership to get a better society, outside of work, I am an active member of Tech London Advocates Latam and VP of events for PWN Barcelona. I also lead different initiatives as a Women Techmakers Ambassador, Lean In Network Leader and DEI Advisor for Women in Tech.

I am passionate about raising the profile of marginalized groups in tech and loves to share my knowledge and life experience with younger professionals by speaking engagements, mentoring and content sharing.
