About me

I have worked in the technology industry for some 30 years and have seen some things in how inequality and bias can create blind spots in how people experience change and growth. I have a motto 'just because you can doesn't mean you should unless you know why'. It is for this reason that I left IBM in 2021 to became a freelance coach and mentor to offer my thoughts on their ideas and problems learning as I go and meeting incredible people like I have on BLIX. I hope to meet more. I have recently self-published my first book -Even If It Was Free - a book about the human side of the conversations between selling and buying.
